INGREDIENTS :
"½ tsp Green chilies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
"¾ Cups Curds
4 Red chilies
2 Cups Cauliflower florets
1/3 Cup Chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
For the Masala :
1 tbsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Ginger
2 Onions
2 tbsp Khuskhus (Poppy Seeds)
1 tsp Haldi (Turmeric powder)
METHOD :
Grind ingredients for the Masala to a paste. Marinate the Cauliflower florets in this masala for 25mts. Heat oil in a kadai, add Mustard and chopped Green chilies. Add florets, stir well on high flame. After sometime add 1"½ cups water and Curds and stir. When it boils add chopped coriander and mix well. Now close the lid and lower the flame and cook till done.
